The whiskey aging process is influenced by time& place. Arent we lucky. These barrels have allbeen influenced by the greatly varyingtemperatures & humidity levels of their originalsource and their time in our rick house inRed Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick housepositions combined with climate variations haveled to subtle deviations in flavor, all comingtogether in a hyper small batches, little more than a handful of barrels at a time.
