Made from 100% heritage cider apples from Denmark, this cider is made in a Petillant Naturel style where fermentation is completed inside the bottle. It presents spiced toffee apple with hints of lemon and confection on the nose. The palate is mouth-filling and full of intensely ripe apple flavours with a dry, crisp finish.
